The Jiankai Homes’ is headed by project directors with extensive experience in the Construction Industry dating back to 1992. Originally focused on civil projects, we’ve since expanded our expertise to encompass the full spectrum of building construction, from BCA Class 1 to 10. Our comprehensive services include building and project management, civil, services, and structural engineering, as well as land subdivision and development.
Our team are adept at handling projects across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Jiankai Homes follows a simple 4-step process for building your custom-designed home.
This is an exciting part of the process, as you share with us your vision for your new home and we offer our initial assessments and expert advice. During consultation, we will also talk about any concerns you may have about the building or renovation process. In addition, we will discuss your budget, project timeline, and completion date.
Jiankai Homes will prepare a proposal based on the information you provided during consultation. The proposal includes our concept design, costs, and materials. We’ll make sure to include everything in our proposal so there won’t be any hidden costs or surprises when we get the project started.
Our standout reputation for quality has lead to the development of an impressive portfolio of projects, and has witnessed Choice Projects delivering fitout works for the likes of major companies within Australia such as Macquarie Bank, Australian Air Express and Westpac Banking Corporation.
Once you’ve approved our proposal, we’ll start working on obtaining building approvals from Local Councils. We’ll process everything for you so all you have to do is wait for construction to start.
When we receive all the necessary permits and approval, construction of your custom home will begin as soon as possible. At this stage, we will make sure to keep our communication lines open and update you on our progress.
